  3. I mentioned a couple of things I wanted them to be extra careful with and they politely dismissed my concerns and stated they did antique move without issues - even so, they managed to misplace one small table and crack a desk corner. My TV screen was against a sharp edge when I went downstairs and fixed it myself;

  These guys are absolutely amazing, they took care of our furniture as if it was their own. They are so polite, friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

  After my last move went horribly wrong, I done my research this time and went with Men That Move... They definitely lived up to their great reviews! Scott and Van done an amazing job! Smashed everything out so quickly, while being gentle and careful at the same time! Nothing was damaged and didn't spend an arm and a leg like I did last time. I have already been ranting and raving to friends and family about how happy I am with the service provided. I will definitely use Men That Move again in the future (hopefully not any time soon, hate moving haha)

  Steve and Andy were a great team - professional and efficient. The guys moved me with a minimum of fuss and took good care of my belongings, moving everything in a timely manner without incident. I would highly recommend their services.

  I don't really care about the material stuff, however, with this attitude they turned a 5 star rating into a 3 star because of their customer service.

  Yes, they misplaced a coffee table. Nowhere to be found. Busy with unpacking and setting all up, I missed the "4 calendar days" delay. When I emailed them about the issue, there was no real concern to understand if they could add value. No "we'll ask the team involved in your move" or even an apology to the issue. They simply recited the insurance policy and dismissed me.

  The team were great!. I was overseas and my wife was left to move house. She was so impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, friendliness and willingness to make the move happen as seamlessly as possible. Thank you very much, it made my coming home that much easier!

  Update: after this review they contacted me and mentioned they asked the team involved and offered to pay the desk. Nice gesture but I politely declined. Changing this review to 4 star instead of 3.

  2. even after asking them to start at 7:30, they managed to come earlier. Out of respect to my neighbours, this was a detail I didn't like much;
