  Ordered some fancy vodka for a colleague who was leaving our business after more than 12 year’s service. Used the 2 hour delivery option for Sydney and the package arrived in less than an hour. I was surprised and impressed. The gift was wrapped as requested and included a nice gift card. Overall this was a 5 Star experience. Thank you.

  Needed some bottles engraved for special birthday party. I called up on the Monday and Hayden promised it would be ready by the Friday for me to pick up from their store in Marrickville and sure enough the bottles were ready. Really great service and a special thanks to Hayden for making it happen. The bottles look amazing engraved especially the Johnnie Blue.

  I have been waiting for my order for more than a month. The customer service policy seems to be that once it leaves their premises, its not their problem. This is NOT what their terms and conditions state in any way. They have referred me to their 3rd party courier service who have informed me that they cannot locate my parcel and are chasing THEIR courier company so it will take 10 more days to lodge a form for insurance which will then need to be processed and approved and even then I may not see my refund ( if approved) this side of 2018. I have called the department of Fair Trade regarding where I stand and I will be lodging a formal complaint, based on the advice I have received. It is such a shame as they had been quite good until now.

  They seem to use promos to lure customers in, take payment without any commitment to deliver. Shop elsewhere!!!!!

  Placed an order online on 13 Aug 17 for some promotional beer and a standard bottle of gin. 21 Sept 17 and I am still without ANY of my order!!! No contact from mybottleshop and 4 phone calls from me and still no delivery. Rang on 21 Sept AGAIN and I was told items still not available. Think 6 weeks wait is long enough. Asked them to cancel order and they just said OK and didn't seem to care.
