  Bad service and overpriced. They won't refund on items they suggested even if it is wrong (wrong sized clips for pvc downpipe).

  Staff was really helpful, gave me lots of recommendation on stuff and actually showed me how to use them. Unlike the giant Bunnings with no one to assist

  It's worth the drive to bunnings to avoid these guys, such a pain to deal with. Would like nothing more to support the local but not when they don't appreciate local customers.

  I live local and came I came to buy a door bell which was minimum $70-$100+. I definitely did not purchase and went to Bunnings instead which has the same door bell and cheaper ones from $10 - $100+. Service is not great no one acknowledges you and for some reason always smells like cow manure towards the back, heavily cramped store. The store has been here for years so I guess they must be doing something right.
