  Went in to ask some advice which would have led to me paying for their services as I would use the advice to know exactly what I needed done however I was greeted by this disgruntled mechanic which brushed me off claiming I would have to pay for his advice per hour and he couldn't help me otherwise. Seems as though he doesn't understand customer service and how that can lead to further business. Loads of other bike shops out there people, avoid this one unless you are willing to pay.

  Always helpful and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced too, and a good selection of accessories. Unlike many shops, they will listen to your opinion (and your budget) and help you accordingly, rather than trying to sell you all the most expensive and unneccessary gadgets.
