    2 weeks later i am yet to receive the card, only to call up customer service over the phone and get told they havent even processed it yet. This is poor customer service follow up with a procedures and making customers as myself not wanting to bank with st. George.

    but once asked the customer service representative to let me know how long the waiting period is for the card to be processed and sent to my mailing address, his response was 5 working days.
